Chief Executive Officer
Sau Loon leads the company in his role as Chief Executive Officer since 2020. On top of his duties as CEO, he is also focused on the cultural aspect of the company. He hopes to cultivate an organisational culture that is suitable for a thriving human system and enriches employees while creating impact for customers.
Sau Loon started his career in NCB in 1998 as an IT Architect. When Ufinity spun off from NCB (initially as CoolConnect), he was one of the original founders. During his time in Ufinity, he worked on various roles such as Software Engineer, Architect, Project Manager as well as Project Director and was also involved in various notable projects like RazorTV and SLS.
Sau Loon holds a BSc (with highest University Honours, or Bronze Tablet) and MSc from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. During his time in University, he also worked in NCSA and wrote a paper on Alleviating the Latency and Bandwidth Problems in WWW Browsing.

Chief Operating Officer
As the Chief Operating Officer, Peng Wai oversees Ufinity’s ongoing delivery operations and processes ensuring successful delivery of projects to our clients. Together with Sau Loon (CEO), they partner on strategy planning and envisioning how the organisation can thrive sustainably with the right culture and business model.
He began his career as IT Architect with the Online Technologies Consortium (OTC) hosted by the National Computer Board (now known as iDA) where he helped build the Virtual Communities Platform infrastructure in Singapore. Prior to being COO, Peng Wai spent over a decade as a Senior Technical Director at Ufinity. One of the highlights was a project for a Financial Institution where he led the largest team of developers then and completed the migration and development of several critical systems efficiently from Mainframe to a modern System within 18 months.
Peng Wai graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Computer and Information Sciences) with First Class Honours from the National University of Singapore.

Chief Financial Officer
David is the Chief Financial Officer of Ufinity since 2010. Beyond his oversight of profitability, balance sheet details, and treasury functions, David often partners with stakeholders in other aspects of business management including strategy, corporate governance, risk management, and process improvement. He emphasises on a strategy that balances business growth with responsible practices to build a sustainable organization.
In addition to his role in Ufinity, David also possess over two decades of experience in finance, strategic planning and corporate development including numerous IPOs, private equity and M&A transactions and continues as an advisor to multiple corporates from start-ups to multi-billion revenue companies.
As a Harvard Business School alumnus, David places a focus on both long-term financial stability and responsible business operations to deliver value to all stakeholders.

Daniel GOH

Daniel is currently a Senior Director in Ufinity and he oversees the software co-development practice. As an integral member responsible for establishing and growing Ufinity’s co-development practice, he continues to provide strategic directions for co-development engagements while building strong collaborations and relationships with clients and partners.
Daniel started his career in IT with two start-ups three decades ago. He took on management roles early in his career. As a people manager, he has led teams of various sizes including teams with over 100 staff at a point in his career. He subsequently made a switch to project management where he oversaw many IT projects both as a vendor and customer.
He holds a degree in Applied Science majoring in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.

Mark leads the Ufinity’s Operations Department, which ensures the delivery of maintenance and support. As a Senior Director, he is also actively contributing across multiple teams and initiatives including Senior Management, Mid Managers Support Group (MMSG), and the IT security (InfoSec) unit.
With over two decades in the IT field, Mark has worked with various clients including FinTech companies, government agencies and major enterprises. Throughout his time in IT, he has served in a range of capacities from software developer, consultant, project manager as well as Technical Director. This diversity of roles has equipped him with varied skills and viewpoints, especially in how he collaborates and problem solves in the face of complexity and uncertainties.
Mark graduated with a Bachelor's in Computer Science, specializing in software engineering, from the University of Melbourne.

Sian Ern leads the department who oversees a myriad of large-scale customer engagements in both the commercial and public sectors. He spearheaded the Identity and Access Management (IAM) software practice in Ufinity and continues to oversee projects involving the implementation of IAM.
As a seasoned veteran in the IT industry, he has worked for more than 28 years in multiple projects, and wearing different hats to assume roles such as software developer, software architect, project manager, project director and now as the head of department. His domain knowledge spans across industries such as telecommunications, finance, healthcare and defence.
Sian Ern holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.

Royston HO
Head of Sales & Commercial
Royston leads Sales and Partnerships at Ufinity. He is responsible for driving business growth and building strong customer and partner relationships. He also leads the product development team and ensures that Ufinity's products are aligned with the needs of its customers and well-positioned in the marketplace.
Royston has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, working with government and enterprise customers. Prior to joining Ufinity in 2010, he co-founded a startup and held various roles in sales, business development, partnerships, and operations with product and IT services companies.
Royston holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Business Information Systems from Deakin University and an Executive Master of Business Administration (Hons) from Quantic School of Business and Technology.

Head of Department (Delivery)
Chee Wee heads a department who is responsible for the agile development and smooth operations of Student Learning Space (a core platform for teaching and learning by Ministry of Education Singapore).
He has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, taking on multiple roles such as product specialist, solution architect, pre sales consultant across multiple industry including heathcare and technology. His deep technical expertise and experiences working on large scale IT projects with regional clients have enabled him to provide nurturing mentorship to his team.
Chee Wee is a certified PMP and Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance). He graduated from National University of Singapore in 2001 with First Class Honours in Computer Science and he consistently made the Dean's list throughout his undergraduate studies. He went on to earned a Master of Science by research (accelerated program) in 2002 from the same university.

Chin Chwee leads the delivery department with teams in multiple projects that are cross-functional, hybrid in nature and require high levels of collaboration with external partners. Her leadership approach is guided by the emphasis she places on empathy, collaboration, and open communication. She strongly believes these values contribute positively impacts team morale, staff retention, and in general, organisational success.
With over two decades of experience in IT project management, Chin Chwee has led a range of projects spanning across size, scale and sector, gaining expertise in product management and offshore team management. During her time in Ufinity, she was one of the early adopters at Ufinity who adopted Scrum Agile methodologies to successfully deliver numerous challenging projects.
Chin Chwee graduated with a Bachelors in Information Technology from Charles Sturt University in Australia.

Janet SIM
Head of Human Resources
Janet Sim leads the Human Resources department where she guides her team in implementing strategies, solutions and policies that achieve effective talent attraction and retention for Ufinity. She has been instrumental in building the Ufinity's HR framework and structures which aim to align every individual to achieve the common purpose of Ufinity.
Janet has over two decades of background in High Tech industry, and her experiences span across the full spectrum of HR function. She is also a certified trainer in a few externally credited training programs. Under her leadership, the HR team balances being both a Trusted Partner and an Employee Advocate through their friendly, fun, inspiring and reliable demeanour.
Janet holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.

Wiloon serves as a Head of Department and Project Director at Ufinity, where he oversees Consultants, and multi-functional teams (including UX/UI Design, Quality Assurance and Software Development) in project delivery. He strives to cultivate an environment that values diverse perspectives and encourages a culture of excellence, adaptability and innovation.
Drawing from an extensive background, Wiloon has garnered invaluable experience as VP of Strategic Business Development at Whale Cloud and served for more than 15 years in the Telecommunication Industry as an IS Manager at StarHub before assuming the role of a Project Manager at Nucleus Connect.
Wiloon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore, complemented by a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Curtin University.
