Ufinity upgraded and enhanced the ESSO systems for more than a dozen different government agencies concurrently. Ufinity was awarded tenders for the ESSO implementation, beating all other competing system integrators, based on our extensive track record and technical expertise.

To complete the implementation within a a tight timeline, Ufinity assembled a team of about 20, consisting of project managers, technical leads and engineers. Ufinity successfully developed the migration tools for the project, set up and configured the various ESSO servers, and migrated all the application profiles and user data to the various agencies over multiple waves, 25% ahead of the original schedule.

Ufinity planned the project activities closely with the individual agencies, and established an implementation framework that helped streamline customer engagement activities, project implementation processes, quality management, and progress tracking. This framework enabled Ufinity to successfully meet all the agencies' expectations as well as their project deadlines. One of the critical success factors was to adopt a 'work together' approach to resolve both the foreseeables and unforseeables as an extended team.
