StarHub HubID

HubID is a unified a Single-Sign-On (SSO) identification for StarHub's online applications across multiple services ranging from mobile, cable TV, cable broadband to fibre broadband.

With a single userid and password, users can perform various services such as view and download bill, check recontract eligibility, pay their bill, change their mobile plan, update your billing address etc.

The HubID system supports complex registration and verification process and includes HubID rights / profile management.

The whole system implemented includes integration with various systems across the customer e.g. billing and provisioning systems, SMS/email gateways, subscription/profile management systems, WAP gateways etc.

This system helps StarHub to realize its Hubbing strategy of leveraging on multi-services to cross-sell and up-sell across its customer base. It also helps improve customer loyalty by providing a single identity associated acros various services, thereby providing customer with a seamless experience across its multi-service offerings.
