Ufinity

Channel NewsAsia is a popular news portal by MediaCorp, a leading media company in Singapore. When MediaCorp decided to revamp this portal, Ufinity was tasked with the project.

The project included designing a brand new portal with refreshing look-and-feel, providing smooth video streaming capabilities that captured audiences, and social media integration reaching out to subscribers. It was designed and developed on the framework of a scalable enterprise level Content Management System (CMS) capable of handling the complex organization structure and publishing workflow requirements.

Ufinity worked on the designs with the customer closely. The team came out with intuitive user interfaces and user flows, and provided deep expertise on system integration. This resulted in a stable portal with a new look-and-feel on a robust enterprise CMS. Internal workflows were also optimized as a result.

It was a challenging project requiring Ufinity to drive consensus and coordinate amongst numerous internal and external stakeholder groups. With agility and adaptability, Ufinity was able to effectively achieve and exceed customer expectations.
